No. Every recommendation comes with owners, a timeline and the procedures to make it stick. And because we also build automation, we can implement the plan ourselves.

Do we need a shared services hub?

Not always. For some companies a regional hub saves real cost and adds control. For others it adds complexity. We will tell you honestly which one you are, and why.

How long does it take?

A finance assessment and roadmap typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. Setting up a regional hub is usually a 6 to 12 month programme, delivered in phases.
